We’ve made it easy for you to return items! Follow our simple return process so you can focus on more enjoyable things. You can return within 30 days, after you get your package.
Our return and exchange procedure consists of three steps:

- Send the package back.
- We process your return at our warehouse.

- Use the same email address you used for the purchase.
- Locate your order number in your order confirmation.

Note: Packages returned without using our return portal or without prior agreement with customer service will incur a service fee of 5 Euro .
Return Shipping Fee
7 Euro will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to a complaint or an exchange for a gift card.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges unless we made an error and sent you the wrong item. If this happens, please contact our customer service to arrange an exchange.
